Elizabeth started dancing when she was 3 years old in Saffron Walden and learnt genres of Ballet, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz and National in ISTD and RAD.

Elizabeth then went onto train at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Dance and Music for 2 years. Whilst training she took daily classes in ballet and contemporary and creative workshops with companies such as Candoco dance company and collaborated with the Music part of the conservatoire, learning historical content and performing on their in house stage.

She trained at The Dance College and DDTST to gain DDI and DDE qualifications.

She has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with New English Contemporary Ballet and trained weekly in Nottingham with their associate programme with regular private coaching by Niall McMahon, The Urdang Associates monthly programme and performing on London stages.

She has also performed in 4 full length ballets with English Youth Ballet: The Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, Giselle, The Nutcracker. Now Elizabeth owns her own dance school teaching Adults and Children in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Contemporary from the age of 3 for 3 years in Essex.

Elizabeth has also run classes for wheelchair users and visually impaired people in Chelmsford and Saffron Walden and she has performed in pantomimes in Saffron Walden from the age 8 till 16 then went onto choreographing the dances for 5 years, which some received NODA awards.
